We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. Please fill out the information below and one of our team members will contact you to schedule an appointment time. Office Hours Monday - Closed Tuesday - 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Wednesday & Thursday - 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday - 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. (once every six weeks) We look forward to seeing you soon. |
